The moment I fell in love with User Experience (UX) design was when I first saw Mrs. Nix smiling after her problem was solved with my help. I found myself enjoy listening to people, understanding them. Just like doctors to patients, detectives to clients, designers are heroes to people in the world if we design right things and design things right.
“It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.” The quote from Albert Einstein has been a big inspiration to me. I am passionate about making myself better every day, just like the world of design which is not about finding the only perfect answer but keeping challenging ourselves and trying to solve problems in a variety of approaches.
I graduated from School of Information, University of Michigan, specializing in Human Computer Interaction (HCI). I'm aiming to become a User Experience designer who helps people interact with technology more comfortably and live a better life.
